Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by The End Game Center within 20 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON MAGIC THE GATHERING SINGLES.

Refunds
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping Policy

All orders received prior to 12 PM Mon-Fri will be shipped out the same day.  We ship orders Mon-Fri, so if you order after 12 PM on Friday, your package will not be shipped until Monday.  All packages receive tracking information, for US orders this means you can track the progress of your package through UPS.  Base international orders will receive a customs declaration number.  WE STRONGLY ADVISE UPGRADING INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES, if time of delivery and guarantee of delivery are a priority, the base international deliveries can take upwards of a month.  WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
For US Orders:  Once a package has left our hands and has been verified to be sorted into a UPS sorting facility (per tracking information), we are no longer responsible for the package, and will be unable to offer refunds for packages that are verified to have been received by the UPS.  While it is rare for packages to get lost in the mail, it does happen.  If your package is a priority there are upgraded shipping options available to you.  If you would like insurance on an order please contact us to have it added to your package (at your cost).
ALL ORDERS OVER $250 are required to have signature confirmation (at our cost).

International Orders
Brazil, Spain, Italy, Singapore
Due to higher than average fraud activities and customs issues in these countries, all orders over $100 in value are required to have signature confirmation via Express Mail International.  All orders that do not select this as their shipping method will be cancelled.  Please contact buy@runmtg.com if you have any questions regarding this policy.

The End Game Center is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide support and upgrades for our products. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through ConstantContact and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us or our MTG partners.

We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will your store disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
 The End Game Centerdoes not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with The End Game Center. The End Game Center may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

 The End Game Center may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of [Company Name], our users, or others.
